Bio:

Leader of the Kobolds that were taking advantage of the war between the two city-states to ravage small settlements in Duraahn. Jumper had a relatively unique (at least among kobolds) mastery of magic, as well as leadership skills that allowed him to push his kobolds into a frenzy far beyond their normal cowardice. The adventurers fought him and the other Kobolds in their cave at the request of Cambridge, and Jumper took his own life when his minions had fallen and it was clear that not even his magic could defeat the adventurers. He kept a journal that chronicled his rise to power and gave some clues to what was going on behind the scenes.
